IT Security Engineer

·        Review and validate user access requests to Bank systems and applications, ensuring alignment with security policies and procedures

·        Maintain and update Access Control Matrices (ACMs) for systems and processes under scope

·        Monitor adherence to the Group’s User Access Management (UAM) framework and ensure proper implementation of access rights

·        Applies the appropriate regulations, policies, and procedures for Access Management issues

·        Analyze business roles, communicates with Business Application Owners to identify conflicting entitlements, and ensure appropriate mapping to system roles

·        Support periodic access reviews and business role recertifications, maintaining accurate access rights documentation

·        Maintain and update relevant process documentation, including the Access Governance Policy and User Guide for the Identity Management (IDM) system

·        Monitor and report on key performance and risk indicators (KPIs and KRIs) relevant to the access security function

 

 

Requirements

Qualifications

·    Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or any related field. Master’s degree will be considered a plus

·     2–4 years of experience in access management, IT security, or relevant technology/business operations roles

·     Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

·     Familiarity with SQL, SharePoint, and Microsoft BI tools is an advantage

·    Good command of English, both written and verbal

Ability to synthesize complex information and develop effective, actionable solutions

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams
