This role is pivotal in powering our 3000-screen cinema advertising network with insights, tools, and high-impact content to support ad sales and brand partnerships.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional who can bridge the gap between business strategy, sales planning, data-driven decision-making, and sales enablement. This role is pivotal in powering our 3000-screen cinema advertising network with insights, tools, and high-impact content to support ad sales and brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Sales Planning and Operations:
- Work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimize revenue streams.
- Support sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Create and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Analyze regional performance, category trends, and advertiser data to guide strategy.
Data Analytics, MIS and CRM management & Tool Development:
- Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for internal and sales use.
- Interpret data sets to uncover actionable insights for the business and ad sales teams.
- Collaborate with the tech and operations teams to monitor newly added screens, inventory updates, and coverage footprints.
- Manage MIS and track adex across TV, Print and radio to share relevant insights to sales team. Help in identifying new clients across categories and geographies through expo’s, fairs etc.
- Manage CRM to automate tasks like lead management, sales force automation and tracking.
Sales Enablement & Content Creation:
- Craft compelling sales decks, customized brand pitches, and media plans tailored to advertiser briefs.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop pitch-ready case studies and visual assets.
- Support RFPs, proposals, and brand narratives with structured and data-backed content.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5–7 years of experience in media sales strategy, business analytics, MIS and CRM.
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent written and visual communication for pitch and deck creation.
- Experience in media, advertising, or B2B tech/media platforms preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and tech teams.
